Eligibility
Items are eligible for return within **60 calendar days** from delivery if they meet these conditions:
- Items must be in **original packaging**
- All **tags and labels** must remain attached
- Items must be in new, unused condition
- No receipt required for returns
**Exclusions:** Final sale items, subscription orders, and food items cannot be returned.

Process

2. **Select items** you want to return and choose your reason
3. **Upload photos** of items if requested during the process
4. **Print your prepaid return label** - we'll email it to you instantly
5. **Package items** securely in original packaging with tags attached
6. **Ship your return/exchange:**
Your return will be processed within **3-5 business days** of arrival at our warehouse.

Refunds

Exchanges
- **Exchanges are available** for any product in our store within the same 60-day window

Shipping
- **You pay** for return shipping costs (prepaid labels available through our returns portal)
- We cover all shipping costs for **damaged, defective, or wrong items** - no cost to you
- **10% processing fee** applies when choosing the original payment method for a refund
- Ship returns to the address shown on the label provided through our returns portal.

Damaged items
- **We'll make it right** if you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- **Photos required** when requesting refunds for damaged or defective items through our returns portal
- **We cover all return shipping costs** for these issues - no fees charged to you

International returns
**International returns are not currently supported** - we can only process returns shipped to our US warehouse address. Marketplace orders may have different international return policies, so please check with the specific marketplace for their terms.
Right of Withdrawal
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from many contracts within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason.

Please note that under Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A prepaid label will be provided through our withdrawal portal; the label cost will be deducted from your refund.
We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.
This right applies to all items purchased through our store, with certain exceptions such as digital products, perishable goods, sealed personal hygiene products, and personalized items, as set forth in Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU.
