Welcome to the Clozist Proximity Reward Program! This program is our way of saying thank you for being part of our community. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Clozist. When we say "you," we mean you, our awesome customer.

By joining this program, you agree to these rules. We can change these rules or end the program at any time. If we do, we will let you know by email or by posting the new rules on our website.

 

 

🌟 1. How to Join and Earn Points



Joining the Program


  • You join the program automatically when you create an account and make your first purchase with Clozist.

  • Sign-Up Bonus: You get 100 points when you sign up or after your first order (if you were already signed up).


Earning Points


  • Spending Money: You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend.

  • This is based on the final price of the items after any discounts and before shipping fees or sales taxes are added.

  • If you return an item or cancel an order, the points you earned for that item will be taken away.

  • Birthday: You get a special reward on your birthday (see the Tiers below).

  • Bonus Tasks:

  • Follow on Instagram: You get 10 points.

  • Subscribe to our Newsletter: You get 10 points.

  • Important: Points are added to your account after your order has been fulfilled (shipped) by our partners.


Point Expiration


  • Your points expire 1 year (365 days) after the date you earned them. Make sure to use them before they're gone!

 

 

💎 2. The Reward Tiers (Levels)


Your level is based on your Annual Spend, which is the total amount you spent on items (minus returns or cancellations) over the last 12 months.

$20 Birthday Discount; Free Shipping on all orders (no minimum, with limits); Early Access to Sales; Double and Triple Points Days.


Tier-Specific Rules


  1. Annual Spend Calculation: We add up what you spend (excluding shipping/taxes/returns) over a 12-month period. Your level can go up or down once a year based on this total.

  2. Free Shipping (The Shakers & The Makers):

  • Since some orders are shipped by our partner makers, your order might arrive in separate packages.

  • The free shipping benefit is applied per shipment (per package).

  • Free Shipping Exclusions: We cannot offer free shipping when the lowest cost to ship a single package is too high.

  • Shakers: Free shipping does not apply if the lowest shipping cost for any one package is over $20.

  • Makers: Free shipping does not apply if the lowest shipping cost for any one package is over $25.

  1. Bonus Points Days:

  • Double or Triple Points Days are special events. You will be notified by our newsletter.

  • Points are earned based on the date you place the order during the event, but they are credited after the order ships.

 

 

🎁 3. Redeeming Rewards and Discounts



Redeeming Points


  • 100 points = $10 Discount

  • You can turn your points into discount codes on our website.


Using Discount Codes


  • Birthday Gifts & Point Discounts: You will get a unique discount code for your birthday gift or when you redeem your points.

  • No Stacking: You can only use one discount code per order. For example, you cannot use your Birthday Discount and a Point Discount on the same order.

  • Sales Items: You CAN use your discount codes (Birthday or Points) on items that are already on sale.


Expiration of Benefits


  • Discount Codes (Points & Birthday): Once you receive a discount code (either by redeeming points or for your birthday), it will expire 7 days after it is issued. Use it quickly!

  • Referral Store Credits: The $10 store credit you earn from referrals expires 1 year (365 days) after it is issued.

 

 

🤝 4. Referral Program


You can earn store credit by sharing Clozist with your friends!

  • For the Referrer (You): When a friend you refer makes their first purchase, you get a $10 store credit.

  • For the Referred Friend: Your friend gets a $10 discount on any product in their first order (one-time purchases only).

  • Referral Credit Use: The $10 store credit you earn works like a discount code and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

 

 

🚫 5. General Conditions


  • Termination: Clozist can end your membership and take away your points if we believe you are breaking these rules or doing anything unfair or illegal.

  • No Cash Value: Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money.

  • Tax: You are responsible for any taxes that may apply to your rewards.
