How to use it?

To use, simply fold the menstrual cup in half and insert it as you would a tampon. after allowing the cup to open up, it can be used for up to 12 hours. With proper care, the cup can last up to 10 years.

How Do I Know What Folds To Use?

We highly recommend practicing the folds as well as trying out a couple to find the most comfortable insert technique for you.

- The cups diameter is 40mm (1.6 in) by 64 mm (2.5 in)

- The ring stem measures 18 mm (.7 in)

- Holds 20 ml of fluid with a 10 and a 15 ml line mark

- Color Black

For Flow: 

Spotting: a couple drops here and there, may not even require sanitary protection, although you may want some!

Very Light Bleeding: needing to change a low absorbency or regular tampon or pad once or twice a day, although you may want to change them more. 

Light- Moderate Bleeding: needing to change a low absorbency or regular tampon or pad three or four times a day, although you may want to change them more.

- Holds 25 ml of fluid with a 15 and a 20 ml line mark

For flow:

Moderate Bleeding: needing to change a regular/super tampon or pad three or four times a day, although you may want to change them more. 

Heavy Bleeding: needing to change a high absorbency tampon or pad three or four times a day, although you may want to change them more.
