assembly:Disassembled model

The Elusive Nautilus Submarine is a mechanical model kit from Metal Time Workshop, built for anyone who loves building things that actually move. Inspired by the legend of two Greeks said to have submerged in the river Tagus without getting wet, this kit turns that old story into a model you build with your own hands. It's a fun weekend project for hobbyists and a thoughtful gift for anyone who appreciates mechanical builds.

  • ⚙️ Mechanical build: A self-assembly model with working mechanical parts, not just a static display piece.
  • 🌊 Nautilus submarine design: Styled after the classic submarine shape, drawing on centuries-old tales of underwater exploration.
  • 🔧 Hands-on assembly: Put it together piece by piece for a satisfying, screen-free building session.

Benefits

  • 🎯 A rewarding challenge: Give your hands and mind something engaging to focus on, away from screens.
  • 🎁 A gift with a story: The Tagus river legend behind this model makes it a memorable, conversation-starting gift for birthdays or special occasions.
  • 🏆 A model worth keeping: Once built, it makes a distinctive piece to display and show off to friends and family.

Bring home the Elusive Nautilus Submarine and start building a piece with a story behind it.

Environmental Impact

Our efforts to reduce our CO2 emissions generated by the sending of your orders mean that today Clozist is Carbon Positive on its shipments.

With the help of Greenspark we voluntarily offset 7kg of CO2 and remove 2 plastic bottles from the oceans with each order at no extra cost to you.

Why 7kgs (15.43 lb)?

We took the average Carbon Emission of a 2lb package ground sent from NYC to LA and multiply that number by 4.

Why 2 bottles?

Millions of plastic bottles pollute our oceans every year, two standard bottles are a daily recommended water intake. We're committed to cleaning them up.
