Refund policy

Closiist has a Free 30-day return policy on selected products (labeled on the product page), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund or exchange.

As a general policy, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact us by Chat
  2. A Member of the support team will address your request and if the return or exchange conditions are met, will send you a free return label by email.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
  • Allow a maximum of 10 days to receive your replacement product after your exchange has been received.
  • Allow a maximum of 3 days to receive a refund after your return has been received. That timing depends on the refund method (Debit or Credit card)
  • Returns are refunded minus the shipping cost of your order.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

     

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain products or types of products cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), seasonal products (such as ornaments, decorations, garlands, or candle holders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
