Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipping processing time

All orders are usually fulfilled within 2-3 business days. 

Shipments and deliveries are done every day except on weekends and holidays. Your order might be delayed in case we experience a high volume of orders. If your order fulfillment is delayed we will let you know by email asap.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping is Free for All U.S. orders $35+

Closiist currently allows shipping in the United States. Worldwide shipping is also available for selected products.

Closiist is not liable if your order is delayed by the carrier, but may assist you in such a case.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Unfortunately, we don't currently ship to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package by email. Allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking number in its system.

Your order might be shipped separately in more than 1 package. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Closiist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Closiist is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier and our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

Some of our products are available for shipping outside of the US.
