Lemon Ginger Rosé Iced Tea Recipe: Zero-Waste & Refreshing

When the weather warms up, few things hit the spot quite like a cold, vibrant iced tea. Our Lemon Ginger Rosé blend is made for icing — its deep pink colour looks beautiful in a glass jar, and its zesty, floral flavour stays bold even when chilled.

This is a simple, caffeine-free recipe you can throw together in minutes using your favourite Mason jar. Even better, the sachets are compostable, so nothing goes to waste.

Ingredients

  • 2 Lemon Ginger Rosé Tea Sachets
  • 16 oz hot water (just below boiling)
  • 1 tsp honey or agave (optional, for a hint of sweetness)
  • Fresh garnish: a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint
  • Ice

Brewing Instructions

  1. Make a concentrate: Place 2 tea sachets into a 16 oz Mason jar and fill it only halfway with hot water. Steeping in less water creates a concentrate, so the flavour stays strong once you add ice.
  2. Steep for 5–7 minutes: Because this is a herbal tea, you don't need to worry about bitterness — unlike green or black tea, it won't turn sharp if you leave it a little longer.
  3. Sweeten while warm (optional): Stir in your honey or agave now, while the tea is still warm enough to dissolve it fully.
  4. Add the ice: Remove the sachets — they're compostable, so pop them in your compost bin. Then fill the rest of the jar with ice cubes.
  5. Finish and serve: Add a fresh lemon wheel for an extra citrus lift. Screw on your Silicone Drinking Lid, drop in a Stainless Steel Straw, and enjoy.

Try the Cold Brew Method

Got a little more time? Cold brewing gives you a smoother, subtler flavour with almost no effort. Just place 2 sachets in a jar of cold water and leave it in the fridge overnight. By morning, you'll have a perfectly chilled, deep pink iced tea ready to pour.
