1. If oil is visible on the surface, mix the paste well with the included bamboo spatula before use.
2. Scoop a pea-sized amount onto a soft-bristle toothbrush (soft bristles are best for gum health).
3. Brush using gentle sweeping motions — from the base of the tooth upward and from the top of the tooth downward, covering part of the gum line.
4. Rinse thoroughly with water.
5. For best results, follow with a natural mouthwash.
