Organic Alfa-Broc Sprouting Seed is a blend of alfalfa and broccoli seeds for growing fresh sprouts at home. The flavour is a little nutty and a little spicy, which makes it an easy way to add a bit of green to sandwiches, salads and bowls. 🌱 It is made by Sproutman, a Massachusetts brand, and it makes a thoughtful gift for the home cook, the gardener or anyone getting into healthy eating.

Features

  • 🌿 Two sprouts in one: alfalfa and broccoli seeds mixed together.
  • 🥦 Broccoli sprouts: antioxidant rich and known to contain glucoraphanin, a precursor to sulforaphane.
  • 🍃 Alfalfa sprouts: described by the maker as 2-4x richer in iron, calcium and magnesium than most spinach and lettuce varieties, plus energising chlorophyll.
  • 🌾 Organic seed: sold as Organic Alfa-Broc by Sproutman.

Benefits

  • 💚 Fresh, nutrient-rich greens you grow yourself, right on your kitchen counter.
  • ⚖️ Clean nutrients that support hormonal balance, promote detoxification and help fight free radicals.
